bzw Leistung der vereinbarten Anzahlung per Banküberweisung oder Visa / Mastercard !
Ab dem Tag der Buchung werden reservierte Zimmer oder Apartments
für den gebuchten Zeitraum keinen weiteren Interessenten angeboten !
Durch eine schriftliche Mitteilung des Gastes kann der Beherbergungsvertrag
unter Beachtung folgender Stornofristen und Stornogebühren aufgelöst werden :
Ersetzt AGB § 5.5 und 5.6 "Rücktritt vom Beherbergungsvertrag "
- bis 6 Wochen vor dem Ankunftstag 2 % Stornogebür vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
- bis 4 Wochen vor dem Ankunftstag 25 % Stornogebühr vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
- bis 2 Wochen vor dem Ankunftstag 40 % Stornogebühr vom gesamten Arrangementpreis;
- bis 1 Woche vor dem Ankunftstag 70 % Stornogebühr von gesamten Arrangementpreis;
- ab der letzten Woche,
bei Nichtanreise oder bei vorzeitiger Abreise
90 % Stornogebühr vom gesamten bzw. anteiligen Arrangementpreis
- Eine geleistete Anzahlung wird von den genannten Gebühren in Abzug gebracht.

Withdrawal from this Accommodation Agreement ( Cancellation ) is possible by
a written notification taking into account the following cancellation fees and dead lines :
Replaces § 5.5 and 5.6 "Rescission of the Accommodation Agreement"
2% of the total agreed price up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival
25 % of the total agreed price up to 4 weeks before the date of arrival;
40 % of the total agreed price up to 2 weeks before the date of arrival;
70 % of the total agreed price up to 1 week before the date of arrival ,
90 % of the total agreed price from the last week before the date of arrival,
not show or respectively early departure
- a deposit payment will be credited or offset against
the above mentioned fees
